Well, I wonder, do they even bother to qualify poll participants with questions such as, "Do you watch off-air broadcast television?".

If you are surveying an elderly Asian woman who doesn't speak English, how many OTA TV channels are they watching in the first place? Sounds about as useful as polling a bunch of deaf people about XM's sound quality.
