system.ini changed

my system.ini got this strange Magic trick it does.

I noticed my system.ini file had changed, and so I made the mistake of looking inside and noticed "[TTFontDimenCacheDBCS]"

anyone know what this line means, can't find anything about it on the net.

I've done Virus and spyware scans tell I'm blue in the face.

Did you install any program that prints or print something from the web ?
My guess is something installed 16 bit print driver along with 32bit print drivers, and left that in the system.ini.
I think it's a 16bit font conversion table.

Doubt it is a security risk.

Guess I should have removed the brackets when I Googled it.
I have plus, but only installed it once years ago and never again.
