The pictures of the new DC bring a tear to my eye. So nicely done in comparison to the old one.

The ISP I work for completed construction of a new datacentre a year or so ago. Its extremely well done, and a lot of money was spent on it to make it that way. Lessons were learned from the first datacentre we constructed (its pretty good, dont get me wrong, but certain things were done differently with the latest one to make it more efficient and structured).

There is still a ton of room left at the second DC, and enough undeveloped space within the building to almost double the size of the facility, but weve run out of power capacity and IIRC the cost to have additional power capacity installed is greater than the cost of building an entirely new facility elsewhere, so thats what were doing.
