Depends on your area. Here where I live in Minnesota 10MB is 10MB. Zero complaints. I will look at 16MB when they finally offer it. It appears it will be a little bit.
I can verify that... I'm in Alexandria MN and my 10mb service is just that... all hours of the day.

I've honestly been surprised at how good charter is in this area... when I moved here I wasn't happy charter was servicing the area but they've won me over. I'll wait until next year to get whatever the next promotion is.
