Does anyone have a recommendation of the best place to get a good deal on a Futon on the UES?

Re: [Need Info] Futon UES

It's not on the UES... but... you'll get a good deal and good selection here. A friend just got one a few months ago there and the quality of the mattress and level of service was excellent! »www.futonfurniturecenter.com/

Two locations, one in Brooklyn, One in the Village.

If you are down there then just go on Broadway near the tower records location or go south on Broadway and check out 1 block south of Canal. There are a couple stores right there.

Let us know how you make out futon shopping! That way others can benefit from your experience.

Yes, there's SEVERAL places south of Canal, actually. Canal Furniture, House of Futons, and another one I forget. But do check out the place on W 14th St, especially since it's close to your work.
