First of all- welcome and thanks for giving us a try! 
As far as the website goes, I totally agree with you that it is not fancy - but keep in mind that our target crowd is BYOD and technical folks, so much more effort is put into functionality rather than looks. We definitely do not cater nor intend to cater to Average Joe.
We actually do have DIDs available in most countries. Pricing varies by country and area code - only US is standardized at $5/month.
For PayPal - the reason your first payment is delayed is we run fraud checks on your account. Once verified this delay is removed and payments should post to your account within a few minutes.

This is more then understandable - no need for pictures, WEB2.0 and Flash animations, but... how to say this ... it would be better if your site looked more professional. Check callwithus.com - Web UI can't be simpler then that, but it very intuitive and user friendly. |
