Portland, OR		Missing 40 Gigs of music

I am missing 40 Gigs of music on a Vista Business machine. There is no previous versions when I check. How can I restore these files?

From the backup drive !

There are numerous utilities available that will pull them back if they have not yet been over written. The first thing you would want to do is shut the machine down and leave it off. You would use a different computer to do the recovery.
