I need some different legal terms meaning the same thing.
I was told not to use criminal terms in a civil action....
go figure... these would be for the cause of action or charges........anyway thanks in advance.
hiding evidence (something) evidence
obstruction of justice I think is a criminal case term.
ie a lawyer has a duty to disclose this evidence and does not do so for over a year after many requests. Then in hearing submits new details that are contray to what was stated in writing before. |
