| What are default settings?
What are the default admin name and passwords for the Briteport 8120? The unit is brand new and has never been used on line before.
I tried (name/password) admin/admin, admin/1234 and admin/password to no avail. These are the settings I had found on line. None of these appeared to had worked in web config of 192.168.1.1 which is the default gateway address.
Does anyone know what it is? Thanks in advance. |

| I think a quick press of the reset button on the back should change the password back to admin. Username is always admin, i think. I could be way off. It's been a while. Just don't break anything! :] I remember locking myself out of quite a few of these things.
