| I also agree. I have had the same cable through my wall since they were @home 8 years ago. I guess I am one of the lucky few that have had little to no problems.
Only time I can remember was a service upgrade that didn't take and I had to have my modem re-provisioned by Comcast. Other than that, not bad. I have also added many friends and family members (as well as clients) to their service with the same results. They all dig it. 
Sorry you don't. But, you should be patient and keep barking up the support tree on getting that box checked out. And remember, be patient. Their people are only trying to do their jobs. Something to try: I have had better luck with the local call center number or getting the Canadian support center, they do rule there. |
