If it's double 8/2, then you probably have 8/2. What does your billing statement say you have? Also, you can try calling Comcast and asking what speed tier you're on.

| by your test results, I think you are getting at least 8/2 (in many areas this has increased to 16/2 for free)
you can call comcast and ask (online chat may or may not know) OR you can try a large download like this
»www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta···ylang=en
and see where your average ends up near the end. (a local tool like NetPerSec or similar allows you to monitor the download speed in real time) |
