| VPN connect LAN disconnects
We've just finished upgrading our network infrastructure. We have upgraded our Cisco ASA to Cisco ASDM 6.1 for ASA. Our users spend a lot of time on other VPNs. After the upgrade, they no longer have access to the local network when they connect to a VPN...Outlook goes down, printing, etc. I've been reading about Enabling Local LAN access, but I'm not sure if that's the right answer and also I can't seem to find that option. The odd thing is that it only happens with Microsoft VPN. If the users connect using Cisco VPN, everything works fine, the same as before. Some users are even unable to connect to other VPNs at this point. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks. |

| probably because everything is now routed thru VPN instead of LAN.
Try this and see if it fixes your problem.
Go to TCP/IP properties of the VPN connection and uncheck "Use default gateway on remote network" option from the Advanced TCP/IP Settings. -- got anti-virus and firewall? |
