| A lIttle update on my connection problem
A tech just left and it's definitly a line issue, he checked it at the box outside the house and the upstream level was 58db ,then he went out to the pole and it read 58 there also he said it should be 35db there. Gonna get a line truck out tomorrow and see what happens from there. He did rewire the box with 1 good 3 way splitter instead of the 2 that were there and he gave me a good one for my room with a regular in/out for the modem and a tap for the tv, said it's better than what I was using. So hopefully by tomorrow at this time I'll be good to go. Thanks again for all the help |
