If you are being throttled then you have a dispute with your ISP who, in turn, has a dispute with Bell. Go start your own lawsuits or convince Union des consommateurs to start them for you
My ISP until 2008 was Bell Sympatico. My dispute is with Bell (for throttling me until I left for TekSavvy) for breaking the terms of the contract I had with them, among other transgressions. I salute Union des consommateurs for including Ontarians in their class action against Bell. |

@videotron.ca | reply to oh LOOK I don't see why the wholesalers as a group, CAIP, CIPPIC or Quebecs consumers union can't launch a class-action for all those affected and seek compensation via Bell.
Someone or people should be contacting these entities on this topic. |

| reply to oh LOOK This is great, finally we are able to hold Bell accountable for breaking my unlimited highspeed contract after only a few month's in, to a BS 60gig cap, without even telling me they were going to do it.. and then having the audacity to try and charge me a $100.00 cancellation fee AFTER THEY BROKE THEIR CONTRACT.
I hope Bell takes a huge hit because of this and a lot of people get fired.
So where do we sign up? Is it open to the Ontario residents yet? |

Its not perfect, but you will get the gist of the matter.
Translating by hand is long and boring. |
