I would check how difficult it is to register with your state before paying someone else to do it. In Indiana it is a single piece of paper and a $90 fee, and yet there are companies that charge hundreds of dollars in addition to the state fee to fill out this single piece of paper and mail it in for you. If the process in your state is overly complicated then I can see how it would be worthwhile to hire someone else to do it, but I would definitely check into how easy it is to do yourself first.
