I've had to use my support contract and it is worth it. In my opinion, Cisco's contract terms can't be beat. The you get to select the turnaround time for replacement parts, they are shipped to you for free, and you can have live access to a TAC technician 24/7.

That's something Sonicwall can't match, that's something Watchguard can't match, that's something that no one has been able to match.
