I have DirecTV HD and Time Warner HD ... the DirecTV picture is better, at least in this market like davoice See Profile said.

The guide on DirecTV is 100% better, but the DirecTV outages are a PITA. Also, I live in a townhome, so they have to drill holes in the wall and run multiple wires for the DVR if you want to record more than one channel, whereas Time Warner can send 3 streams across one wire.
