Cable (RoadRunner Lite) Xp Pro SP2 768 Kb/s Down Up not sure i think 128 Kbps Belkin F5D7230-4 6000 Latest Firmware
I was also Wondering if im supposed to see all the speed advertised or does that depend on distance or amount of wire being ran to the modem i was just interested to know that i get about 90 Kb/s a sec with this connection its not bad good for the price that it is. when i go on hulu.com to watch movies or tv shows it stutters sometimes but i can go on fox.com and watch tv shows just fine maybe its the site? not sure.. anyway i appreciate all the help and responses. Thanks! |

| Download DrTcp
Set Tcp Receive Window to 32120
Set Windows Scaling, Time Stamping, Selective Acks, Path MTU Discovery, Black Hole Detection to Default.
Leave Max Duplicate Acks and TTL Blank
Using the drop-down menu in The Doctor set your NICs (Ethernet adapters) MTU to 1500.
Save/Exit DrTcp
Reboot
Rerun the Tweak Test
Run Two Speed Tests from the two DIFFERENT cities nearest to you that are listed here: Speakeasy POPs
Also, test here »ftp://ftp1.optonline.net/test512
Note your transfer rate after about 30 seconds. Then cancel the download.
Post the URL for the New Tweak Test. For the TWO Speakeasy Tests, Copy and Paste the speed results from those tests and note the speed from the FTP download test.

With your line rate, don't expect to see perfect streaming. It is just too low. Also, the site hulu.com is subject to traffic and this will effect the speed of the stream. -- "You can observe a lot by watching". Yogi Berra |

Also, in the Tweak Test Path MTU Discovery: OFF, this should be ON. -- "You can observe a lot by watching". Yogi Berra |

• The LQT is OK. What you are seeing are some routers not responding to pings. -- "You can observe a lot by watching". Yogi Berra |
