Toronto, ON | No, I didn't see those captions to the text boxes. I was using FF initially, figured it wasn't compatible and then went to IE. That had the same problem.

I used FF 3.01, but used the IETAB add-on to access it. Using straight FF with the noscript addon I had problems even after OKing Javascript for the HBC pages. So I just switched to an IE tab using the addon and everything displayed as seen above.
P.S. I accessed again just using straight IE7 and got this displayed:
