| Will the FCC ruling against RR scare other companies?
I'm currently with Buckeye Cable in the Toledo Area, who is known to throttle torrents. On average I only get 200-300 kbps instead of the average speeds.
I was just wondering if the FCC ruling against Roadrunner will scare smaller companies to stop throttling torrents? My only other options in the area are Time Warner/Roadrunner which I'm not a fan of. |
