I.E. work 5 minutes past the hour and it rounds up to 15 minutes worked, etc. Not at wal-mart, its exact with card reader. It shows you clocked in 5min late for record keeping purposes. But you don't get punished for it or anything of that nature.
But it all evens out anyways, we get 15min breaks we don't have to clock out for, a 15min break is normally 30min break for lots of people there..  |
