Clocker, your upstream is barely within the allowed limit. It should ideally be under 52, and 55 is the limit. You might want to check that out.

Don't seem to have any performance problems but I do have an amp near by where the modem split is so maybe I try connecting the branch that goes to the cable modem to the amp just to see what happens... Or... would that only make the "problem" worse???
