| 327W won't connect to CT
My continuing saga.
Bought a used Westell 327W on Ebay. It seems to work fine except I can't get it to connect to CT. I did a reset, entered with admin and password and entered my logon and password into the profile. It saves it fine and tries to connect but will not. What am I missing here? My leased Westell 6100 wired modem works fine and so did 2wire before lightning killed it.
Any help greatly appreciated - I'm a computer idiot so please go slow. |

| Does it have ISP specific firmware on it?
It's very possible that whatever ISP's network it was used on had different VPI/VCI settings than CT uses. If your modem has a layout like the screenshot, then click the Edit button beside the top connection, and make sure the VPI is set to 8, and the VCI is set to 35. |
