I have had zero problems with wow for years now, until around the 4th July holiday. and then on and off now since. I don't know what is going on, and only thought it was a local thing. Tonight I can't get to my e-mail and the web-site wowway.com and wideopenwest.com are both down. This is starting to look like a wider problem than just here. Anyways getting the same problems, everything just drops for a while and then picks back up. I also called and was told by the tech that he was getting other calls about this. I hope it get worked out as I have my phone, cable and internet tied to WOW. And never a problem until lately. |
