I know the reference you provide, I think that it is related with a bug that has been fixed in 12.4(15)T6. It describes an aesthetical issue in 12.4(15)T5 -- this cosmetical bug (the "corrupted block" messages) was addressed in CSCso39743 and CSCek47561.

I have just upgraded the operating system on my Cisco 877 from 12.4(15)T5 to 12.4(15)T6. The embedded hash verification is ok, however it fails on the file system hash verification:

Is this something to worry about? I have formatted the flash file system, just in case something went wrong with a previous upgrade, but I see the same message after installing the operating system.
