Hey all,
Just curious is there anyone in and around 105 and 98ave that's experiencing major packet loss (50-100% loss), or extremely high ping times (upwards of 1k ms)??
Been experiencing this intermittently for the last month, and then for the last two weeks pretty much constantly, resulting in my net not working at all. I do have a tech coming out in the next few days. But I wanted to see if there were others in the immediate area that are having issues, and if have been successful at fixing them what did you do to fix them. |

join:2006-06-14 Canada | Sounds like you have a modem/signal issue. I would call Shaw and have them check the modem levels and packet errors. |

@shawcable.net | reply to Sevra2420 Having same issues - 107 st and 100 avenue. Shaw sending out a tech, but reasonable to assume it's not the modem as the tech agent seems to think. |

join:2008-07-28 | reply to Sevra2420 Cable plants are always susceptible to environmental issues such as extreme heat or cold. As well, the builds of many downtown areas can be some of the oldest parts of an RF network.
