I want to buy a Canon SD870 and the "Canon WP-DC17 Waterproof Case for Powershot SD870 IS" »www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a···30996117 but they don't seem to really keep those waterproof cases in stock at Newegg. What is another good place to buy digital cameras from? |

Thanks. I'd never heard of B&H. I take it they are great for camera equipment? I usually only order computer parts, hence newegg.
Is the SD870 the newest model in that line? I want a ultra-compact Canon camera with SD card and 3"+ screen, with a underwater case option available for beach/snorkel use. |

Both times I tried to order housings from B&H for powershots, they were on backorder (they may not routinely stock them). If that happens, you might try adorama.com. They also own leisurepro.com, a scuba equipment site, and that may be why I've had better luck with adorama for housings. Also, don't forget to get some small silica packs to stuff in the housing, they work really well at preventing lens fogging.
