Usenet problems in Kelowna

I have been using Grabit on the shaw servers for years with minimal problems. Not very knowleadgable on the whole subject and hope I'm using the correct terms. Just as of the last couple days I'm unable to connect to refresh even grouplists. Anyone else having a similar problem here recently? TIA
