Growing up a Shikellamy kid, I had to laugh at your screen name. Like I really had to see what your town was! 
Anyway, i'm not sure of a combo cable modem / wireless router out there other than the Motorola 901 (I think that's what it's called).
The only things:
1) Not sure if SECV would support it
2) I always read bad reviews about it's performance
My mom and brother both have cable modem service with SECV and use an SB 5100 modem, along with a DLink router.
