Bright House Networks Forum

Bright House Networks currently the 6th largest MSO they have over 2 million subscribers.

The company offers digital cable television, video-on-demand (VOD), as well as digital phone and broadband Internet connections, to both residential and business customers in select metropolitan markets in Alabama, California, Florida, Indiana, and Michigan.

It would be helpful to have a Bright House Networks Forum.

It does offer Digital Phone/Digital Cable/HSI via: RR/Earthlink.

Exactly my point not much going on in there because, It is not listed as a (REAL) forum yet.

Why post in a place that doesn't get much traffic.

Instead,

Most (BHN) Members post on these forums :

(Cable Forum)
»Cable users

also:

(RR Forum)
»Road Runner

It is under the title (BHN)

If the forum was made it would be more noticeable and BHN members would no doubt post in the BHN forum instead of RR users or Cable users Forum.

Why should BHN be excluded. Just about every (MSO) Cable Provider is represented.

I don't post because there is no official forum.

edit:
July 14th, @05:43PM

Lat time i checked, which was up until I switched to Verizon DSL (and later FIOS), Brighthouse Networks did not offer Internet directly. In my area, they offered RR or Earthlink, carried on their cable.

As far as I know, even their package deals still involve this third-party setup for internet and, I assume, phone.
==============================
Edit - My point, which I really didn't state, was that BHN is really two separate operations, though run on a single cable. Should the HSI be carried in RR and/or Earthlink, or should it be merged into a single forum.

I think I'd probably agree that a single forum fo rthem makes sense, since all service begins with a call to BHN.

This is a single forum for BHN and under the title/topic have options what your question or problem is either (HSI)Tab or (Digital Phone)Tab or ( Digital Cable)Tab.

Yes BHN is a cable provider (MSO) the service they offer is like other MSO's (RR) or (earthlink) HSI. BHN owns and operates their own HSI network.

BHN Digital Phone is their own along with Digital Cable.

If you Wiki BHN you will see in the link above BHN also has their own news channels in different markets.

One (1) Forum with different topics/Options for discussion for BHN services.

BHN Forum doesn't need to be like Comcast or TWC with separate Forums for Digital Phone,Digital Cable or HSI.

One (1) Forum is only needed.

Just for clarification.

Thanks

SIGN....

I'd love to see a new Brighthouse Networks forum. I hate having to week through all the TWC issues to find news on BHN.

Sign. There are many differences in BHN from Time Warner that I feel warrant a separate forum.
