Every day down time

I just rewrote my review about Charter about it being the best service in my area, yet in the Weldon Spring, MO area, it's gotten to the point already where, every morning I wake up, I question whether I'll have internet service. I'm not just talking of yesterday's major breakdown but blips a couple of times a day where we lose connectivity for a couple of minutes.

No, it's not on my end, and if someone else had equivalent service, I'd go with it. But when Charter works, it works better than any other.

Went down twice for a couple of minutes each since I last posted. Charter techs have been out here twice. Signal is excellent. They did replace the underground cable to the house in the past but they didn't think that was any real problem.

did you check your signal strengths or are you taking the techs word for it?

I would check it yourself and then post the results here just to be sure. They wouldn't replace the cable if there wasn't signal problems I wouldn't think.

Two different techs. Same conclusion about sig strength. Cable was replaced because it looked bad to tech.

What I'm saying is, I've been through all this before. It's nothing on my end. Never has been.

It was bouncing in the entire county. We have now resolved that issue, post back if you have anymore trouble.
