| my sudden link expierience
the first problem i had when sudden link took over my cable, internet, and phone (vonage)go out. i called them they say they will be out in three days.i ask what time they say between 7 and 5 (duh)sit home all day waiting ...no one shows...call back and ask whats the problem and they say we called and no one answered the phone....duh...(vonage)...
second expierience cable internet go ou...call them they will send someone in three days...guess what ...no show again...
third expierence and still on going for the last six weeks my line speed has been screwed up...i've been through thre phone tech and three servicemen all say well it will take us time to track it down and then you never hear from them again...finally i got a phone tech to run a line test and sure enough a large area is screwed up but he told me it was going to be another three weks before they could get it fixed! i'm so ticked off its not funny...9 weeks to get something done....what a way to run a business... |
