Yea it would be awesome if they could do something like 7-Eleven's Speak Out service for a start.
It's basically prepaid on the Rogers full footprint for 20c/min w/display;vm that expires after a year (not 30/60 days bs) with no minimum fillups and crap that rogers/bell/telus etc make you pay just to keep your balance that you already paid for.
It would be sweet if even all they did was mail out SIM cards with a # to use and you fill in the rest.
It would be the same idea as reselling Bell's home phone.
