alltel speed update to rev-a

Hi there I was wadering if anyone on here has seen any speed increase I know mine is the same but I may live in one of the areas that they are not going to upgrade just wanting to here what kind of speeds others are getting mine usally range
from 750kb to 1mb download
always 100kb upload

i live around springfield and i have alltel UTstarcom UM150 and i want to play xbox live cod 4 on it and my download and upload speeds are fast but my ping is 250. I need help lowering it.

I live in NE Ohio and I get Rev-A



This is a little on the slow side for me. DL usually are around 3M and uploads are actually around 768-1M

I live in South Eastern Ohio and this is what my connection has dropped to over the last few weeks. It was ok up until recently.
