|  [TWC] Slow down/up speeds in hollywood.
I am getting and average 3000 kbps down and a 200 kbps up in the hollywood area... I have the extreme package which says i get 10down and 1up. Everyday around the same time the speeds i posted above start to kick in around 8:30 pm but its fine during the day and the speeds are normal. Does anyone else experience the same? |

| Same crappy speeds over here in Thousand Oaks. Speeds were great today but about 8-9 PM service took a nose dive. A trace route is showing massive packet loss a nearly every hop. This has been going on intermittently for several days and I'm correlating it to a letter I received from TWC stating we should expected some outages due to upgrades.
Still, it seems TWC would prorate their rates for outages the same way they want us pay more for overages. |
