| Based on my prior experience working with other customers, this should be the most productive route. Gretchen and I are both at the Corp. HQ office for Suddenlink, and she reports directly to me. | reply to Pete Abel after days and more tech's coming to house rewiring direct line, new modems and trouble shooting still having problems... tracert command shows hops causing problems between my location and tyler main servers... so far still issues exist that they have been unable resolve.... see attachment for delays and excessive delays in hops |
