| The nomenclature scheme for wildland fires is to name it after the nearest road.
Ok Gary, there is a Grass Valley Lake and a Grass Valley Road, West of Lake Arrowhead, but no town of Grass Valley. So you should probably call it "Lake Arrowhead area" so as not to confuse it with the actual place up north.
