Ok Gary, there is a Grass Valley Lake and a Grass Valley Road, West of Lake Arrowhead, but no town of Grass Valley. So you should probably call it "Lake Arrowhead area" so as not to confuse it with the actual place up north. -- It's not nice to fool Mother Nature. |

I have so many units responding to different fires and accidents its hard to keep track |

| Those equipment numbers are CDF Region 2 numbers, which is where Grass Valley is.
FYI, the CDF unit number breakdown is: First number denotes the Region. Second number denotes the Ranger Unit. Last two numbers denote the type of unit, as in 6x being a 4WD brush engine, 8x being a conventional brush engine, 4x being a dozer, dozer transport or dozer service unit.
