CIA Homephone out in Ottawa?

Hi, voicemail couldn't be accessed yesterday, now no phone at all today.
Anybody from Cybersurf know if there is a network problem affecting OttawaWest/Nepean?

I by-passed the phone modem altogether, connected cable modem output to computer, and at least surfing is good.
