Tech support, if you can call it that, is in India and Indonesia. Some seem to actually try while others just read this cut and paste script at you, if you can understand them.
You will have a day to day limit on down loads, the FAP, varies with the plans.
If you go over your FAP you will be choked down to near dialup speeds for 24 hours.
The speeds advertised are vary rarely maintained for long.
For the last few months the system has been messed up more than normal, maybe it will get fixed, dont hold your breath.
Read the fine print before you jump into this snake pit, and don't forget your fedora and bullwhip.
