I hit 1.9 MB/s on a download last night. Move to Calgary. :P
That said, the rarity of hitting those sorts of speeds is usually an issue with the source, rather than one's ISP. |

| Its true, 2 days ago i was downloading 5 torrents at a sustained combined rate of ~700-800k/sec (well seeded torrents) looking at the graph utorrent makes i even hit 1350k/sec at one point for a long time.
Never recieved speeds like that before. |
