Hardwiring it in will tell you two things: 1) Is it a wireless network issue? or 2) Is it an operating system configuration issue? Once we know that, we can narrow it down further.

Thanks again for all the advice and information. The dsl reports website is really a great place to get help! Some really nice people and very knowledgeable people too.
