| what router are you using, assuming you use one?
try not to use Caps when posting a message even if you are really, really in need of help. It is considered rude

| A router is a piece of equipment between your modem and your computer. Your modem would be connected to the router and your computer either wired or wireless gets it's connection from the router.
Are you using a firewall?
edit: some modems are a modem/router combination so maybe we should ask what modem you're using |

| reply to thechats Usually a phone or cable line goes first to a modem. From there it usually either goes directly to your computer or goes to a router, which then goes to your computer.
Both a modem and a router are physical devices which you can look at to see the brand name and model number. That information will help people figure out if you have equipment that will do port forwarding, and how to do it. -- Female monkeys often utter loud, distinctive calls before, during or after sex.. |

| reply to thechats Usually you only need to do any port forwarding if there is a specific program that is giving you a problem.
This web site is very good at holding your hand through what you need to do, screen by screen.

| Do you mean where it's asking for your private IP?
My mistake I think you're talking about the setting the static IP page? You show no DNS servers from the ipconfig /all page? |
