Call me crazy, but I set mine at 83 Degrees.

Daytime 83°F, at 9:00 pm (for the night) 75°F (to get some sleep)

Mine is set on 83 all day/night. At lightnight if I can't sleep, I open the window and turn on some fans.

68 or 69.
68 sometimes refuses to cycle(achieve temp and turn off compressor), as where 69 usually will.

I also occasionally go outside and spray out the dirt/leaves/small varmints off the condenser - this also cools off the condenser a bit in the process.

74 all day - I would love to set it lower at night as I like a nice heavy blanket/comforter when I sleep. Also use a dehumidifier and set it to about 40%.

I actually set mine between 73 and 76 degrees depending on what I am doing, humidity. If I feel hot I'll drop it down a degree. If I am comfortable (fan) I'll leave it higher.

Wife and My Room gets set to 75 during the day and 72 at night.

Then you are crazy. Our Window units are set at 72, but this afternoon I set to 74 to keep the house cool because of the Humidty levels outside today. Usually the units are off while we are at work.
