I was disappointed in that test too.. its usually 65-70 down and 55ish up.

Note the domain, Durham College - University of Ontario Institute of Technology.

Hell, I used to get 75/75 on the university connection in the dorms way back in the day. Not much abnormal there. Btw, that was just a 75/75 allocation out of the university's gigabit connection to the outside world.

Makes more sense to just post the link though This is from our Toronto Telus Co-lo. Lots of bandwidth ... ain't cheap though
