So Rocky...

When can I get speeds like this at home?

I was disappointed in that test too.. its usually 65-70 down and 55ish up.

Teksavvy FTTH 2009?
I can chip in like $20 to get you started.

You can order 15 teksavvy DSL lines, buld a monstrous linux/BSD router and use MLPPP to bond them.

What is your monthly bandwidth cap?

How many hours does it take to hit that at full speed?

It's not his home connection, it's at his College/University.

Note the domain, Durham College - University of Ontario Institute of Technology.

Most campuses have connections like this. Insanely lucky of you, none the less!

looks like it, considering the image is compressed poorly and isnt stored on the dslreports speedtest results server.

Hell, I used to get 75/75 on the university connection in the dorms way back in the day. Not much abnormal there. Btw, that was just a 75/75 allocation out of the university's gigabit connection to the outside world.
