Yeah, but Yahoo can also take down anything that is on their servers, for whatever reason they want. People cry that their freedom of speech is being violated, but when they're posting on someone elses property they have no such right. If they post on their own website, then they have the right to freedom of speech without anyone shutting them down or censoring them. See westboro baptist church website, or jewwatch for examples of the right of freedom of speech as it applies to the internet. They can't come on here and say the things they say on their site, but they're allowed to do so on their own sites. |
