| canceled using chat and actually got a refund
I was expecting a hard time and was prepared to fight with billing because I figured after reading the posts here I was in for a long struggle to get hughes to stop billing me.
surprised when I got my cc bill and double checked hughes billing on line , sure enough , not only did they stop billing when I called , I got a refund for half the month .
very cool, just wanted to let ya'll know , sometimes you get lucky , I hope when your time comes you do to !!
