said by Psicop :I was wondering if anyone knows who operates this shady business. I processed a transaction last Saturday night but decided to cancel it. I said to myself: Bullshit! But you are very keen to mingle with my money!!! I had enough of PayPal and their dirty tricks. No more PayPal here for sure. Cheers. You processed the transaction and then changed your mind so now you call them shady.
It's not like you are handing money over to someone in person in a store..They can't process everything immediately every time someone authorizes them to pay someone and then later changes their mind. |

| Yes, I changed my mind. Why not? I live in a democracy.
Besides, they didn't let me cancel the transaction because in that case THEY WOULD LOSE THE ABILITY TO CHARGE ME FOR RETRIEVING MY FUNDS.
And they are very cheeky, they wouldn't let me access the cancellation page. And God, I tried...very hard. Nah! That page wouldn't open at all. Isn't that a coincidence?
And now, for f...s sake, I have to wait 7-8 days to get my money and they will deduct $x bucks for getting it back.
You still think they are legitimate. Come on! Wake up!
And what is that stuff about diverting their services in developing countries to answer customer account related inquiries?
And the fact that the operator didn't want to disclose his location? What is this? Intelligence affairs? LOL!
No more PayPal ever!.
They are just a bunch of FREAKING THIEVES. |

Pardon my question, but what does "a political system in which the supreme power lies in a body of citizens who can elect people to represent them" define: democracy google search have to do with you deciding to not pay someone for goods or services? |
