What exactly does provisioned mean? Centurytel isn't sending a 6 meg signal (or however it works)? Or is it a hardware issue because I'm definitely paying for a 6 meg plan...thanks again -- If you're ever feeling like one of the crowd, remember that you're unique...just like everyone else. |

| What you are provisioned for is clearly listed in your modem stats.It say DSL Speed (Kbits/Sec) 3584 608 where the 3584 is the download speed your modem can see and that is all you have.If it was a 6meg the 3584 would say 7168.You need to call Support unless one of the C-tel techs here can help out. |
