The 10.71.128.1 Is the CMTS at the Cableco Headend...

Could you be IP banned to the sites?

Irvine, CA		 maybe they banned my old IP but I can't imagine why... Thanks for the info about the CMTS. I still wonder why the traceroute couldnt get past it..
